Please contact us via email within 48 hours from the time package is received. All unused items purchased from the Eyedolize Lash website, in its original packaging, may qualify for a refund if returned within 7 business days.

Used lashes do not qualify for a refund/exchange. Empty or refilled containers do not qualify for a return/exchange. All returns are discarded for sanitary reasons.

 

 

 Eyedolize Lash is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. Eyedolize Lash is not responsible for lost or un-trackable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Once the item(s) for return are received and reviewed, we will issue the refund minus any shipping expense.
